Postcards from Rome is a summer sermon series through key passages in Paul’s letter to the Romans. Like postcards sent from a meaningful journey, each week offers a message of grace, hope, freedom, and transformation for real life.
Romans reminds us that grace is not just something we believe in. Grace is something God uses to change us. Through this series, we will explore why we need grace, how grace is freely given through Jesus Christ, how grace meets us in suffering, and how grace helps us move beyond old patterns, guilt, shame, and fear.
The journey begins with the truth that we need grace more than we think. It then moves toward the good news that grace is a gift, not a reward. As the series continues, Romans invites us to discover hope that does not disappoint, new life in Christ, freedom from condemnation, and the Spirit’s power to help us live differently.
The series ends by looking at how grace changes the way we relate to one another. A life shaped by grace does not lead to pride, comparison, or judgment. It leads to humility, peace, love, and a desire to build one another up.
